NOBELPARKEN
The café is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you're looking for a little bit of everything, NOBELPARKEN is a great place to start.
Here you'll find our largest selection of food on campus, with inspiration from around the world—from the daily special and fresh salads to Grab & Go, barista coffee, and cake for those with a sweet tooth.
Every day, about 150 servings of the daily special are served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. The daily hot dish is always vegetarian, but if you’d like meat, you can purchase it separately. Next to it, you’ll find a salad bar with seasonal salads and bread—and, of course, you only pay for the amount you put in your bowl.

Today's Special
Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., you can enjoy the dish of the day as a single-serving lunch. Here, we take you on a journey to explore cuisines from around the world.
Today's hot dish is always vegetarian, but meat is available for an additional charge.
There's also a large self-serve salad bar where you can fill a plate with salads, toppings, dressing, and bread—you pay by weight.
Grab & Go
If you're in a bit of a hurry, you can find our selection of Grab & Go items during the café's regular hours, while supplies last.
Grab a sandwich, a bowl, a croissant, or a sausage roll—and head straight to your next meeting or lecture of the day.
Barista
Our barista is ready to make your coffee throughout the café's opening hours.
Choose from various types of barista-made coffee for 20 DKK or a chai latte for 28 DKK.
Baked Goods
Want to treat your sweet tooth? Then you've come to the right place.
At our café in Nobelparken, you’ll always find a selection of freshly baked pastries and cakes—from cinnamon rolls and gourmet muffins to raspberry slices. Yum!
Menu of the Week (Week 43)
Monday
Moroccan chickpea stew with mint yogurt.
Additional meat option: Roasted chicken with harissa.

Tuesday
Every Tuesday, there is only one vegetarian dish in the cafeteria. This week, you can choose from:
Creamy pasta with feta, cannellini beans, and roasted bell peppers.
There is always a large salad bar with at least two mixed meal salads, as well as a wide selection of build-your-own salads, including toppings, dressings, and freshly baked bread.
Wednesday
Every Wednesday we sell open-faced sandwiches in the cafeteria. This week, you can try:
– Meatballs with red cabbage, mustard mayo, and pickled cucumbers.
– Eggs with avocado cream, pickled onions, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
In addition, there’s always a large salad bar with at least two mixed meal salads, as well as a wide selection of build-your-own salads, including toppings, dressings, and freshly baked bread.
Thursday
Baked gnocchi, cannellini beans, cabbage, ricotta, tomatoes, and Parmesan.
Additional meat option: Roasted chicken with lemon, herbs, and garlic.

Friday
Creamy cauliflower curry with chickpeas, bell peppers, and spinach.
Meat add-on: Slow-braised pork neck fillet with chili and lime.
